Yes, both for Diesel A and for Unleaded Gasoline 95, we use our own additives: Plenergy 95 and Plenergy 40. The Plenergy 95 additive increases the octane rating, prevents residue formation in the fuel systems, keeps tanks clean, improves cold starts, boosts power, reduces emissions by up to 60%, stabilizes idling and eliminates jerking, and lowers consumption. On the other hand, the Plenergy 40 additive prevents residue formation, avoids and prevents bacterial contamination, keeps tanks clean, improves cold starts, boosts power, reduces emissions by up to 50%, stabilizes idling and eliminates jerking, increases the cetane rating, and lowers consumption.

You can rely on the service station team to show you that the pumps are working correctly. You also have the option to test them with a measuring cylinder to confirm the exact amount of fuel being delivered. According to the law, all service stations must provide this service to any consumer.

Operation, payments and invoices

Yes. All pumps in the Plenergy service station network are equipped with card payment terminals. For cash payments, a central terminal is available that allows payment both in cash and by card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and 4B cards, provided they have a chip for security reasons.
For credit/debit card payments: With our system, only the amount for the fuel dispensed will be charged after you finish refuelling. Therefore, you will only be billed for the actual fuel provided. For cash payments: Important: The terminal does not dispense change in notes or accept coins. Follow the steps displayed on the screen. If there is no change available or the amount inserted in notes exceeds the cost of the fuel dispensed, a voucher for the remaining balance will be issued for your next refuelling.
Go to the cash payment terminal and follow the instructions: select Start with/without App, fuel type, pump, TICKETS/VOUCHERS AND CHEQUES. Then, enter the code shown on the voucher.
No need to worry. This is a bank pre-authorisation to ensure that the account has sufficient funds and to prevent billing issues with the bank. As we are not a financial institution, we do not have the legal ability to hold any amounts. Usually, the holds are released after the refuelling is completed. However, in some cases, there may be a slight delay.
This situation occurs when the “Full” option is selected. As the exact refuelling amount is unknown at the start, the bank places a €150 hold to ensure sufficient funds and prevent billing issues. After refuelling is completed, the hold is released, and only the actual amount dispensed is charged. *For truck refuelling at our station in Madridejos I, the pre-authorisation may be higher, reaching up to €400 if “Full for Trucks” is selected.
